Returns

We're sad your order didn't work out for you. However, we’re always here to help with your returns and refunds.

Our Return & Exchange policy is very simple and hassle free, all you need to do is email us at support@basecwear.com quoting your Order number and sizing issue within 7 days of receiving your order. 

 

Policy days

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the items returned within 7 days of purchase date will be subject to the following: your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Items should be returned with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
  • Items on Sale/Special Promotions may not be exchanged/refunded

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we will dispatch a courier to collect the items and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note that shipping charge, taxes and customs are not refundable, only the amount of the original piece will be refunded.

 

Late or missing refunds policy

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
