Shipping policy

After we process your order and ship it, you should get a confirmation e-mail along with a package tracking number. The shipping will be done through ARAMEX. The products are shipped from Dubai, internationally and the arrival time varies according to your location. 

Estimated Delivery:

(a) If your delivery address is in the UAE, your order will arrive within 1 to 2 working days.

(b) If your delivery address is abroad (all countries except UAE), your order will arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

CUSTOMS

Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. BASEC is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase. CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash On Delivery is only available in the UAE. BASEC does not offer or provide any products to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanction countries as per the UAE law.
